4 Brothers Entrepreneurship Training!
“CULINARY ARTS”
The 4 Brothers Entrepreneurship Program is one of 9 youth programs offered by Institute for the Development of African- American Youth, Inc.
This Training Program was founded to combat the challenges of high youth unemployment. 4 Brothers prepares IDAAY program graduates for job opportunities through cultivating entrepreneurial skills, providing hands-on training and experience in culinary arts, while providing meaningful work experience.
Helps youth develop skills in Culinary Arts and provides entrepreneurial training to enable them to create their own work opportunities. At the end of the program, each youth will understand how to cater events, including menu planning, budgeting and purchasing food and supplies, as well as preparing, setup and serving the meal.
Youth also gain knowledge in business start-up, and experience in sales and marketing. Each youth will also obtain their ServSafe license, which will enhance their ability to qualify for employment in the food service industry.
