Philadelphia Youth Network: Director of Regional Partnerships

The full-time Director of Regional Partnerships will be responsible for collecting, developing and disseminating best practices, tools, and other resources that would support organizations in their efforts to provide high-quality intermediary services. Specifically, the Director will support the development of a statewide network of youth intermediaries. The goals of this network are to provide peer-to-peer learning opportunities and to advocate for sustained resources for youth workforce development activities across the state. To accomplish these goals, PYN has been asked to coordinate the technical assistance and capacity building to the 22 sites across the state on topics related to convening cross-sector partners and managing cross-systems change efforts and assist the development of these sites into a cohesive network capable of collective action.
