Job description
JEVS Human Services, a multi-service nonprofit located in Philadelphia PA seeks an experienced grant writer to sustain, enhance and expand our programs, services and special initiatives.
The Senior Grant Professional will identify funding opportunities and develop competitive public and foundation proposals. This position will work closely with program directors to conceptualize program designs and with fiscal staff to ensure sound budget construction. We are seeking a candidate with a highly collaborative style and strong project management skills who is adept at writing and managing large, complex federal proposals as well as for private foundations. Knowledge of and/or relationships with Philadelphia area funders preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in English or related field required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in a position that includes proposal development, writing, budget preparation and submission to federal and state agencies, foundations and/or corporations.
