Posted by on May 27, 2013
Let’s Get Ready is coming to Philadelphia this summer to provide students with FREE SAT preparation and college application assistance. Using trained and enthusiastic college students, Let’s Get Ready is committed to helping underserved high school students get to college.
Our Summer 2013 Philadelphia Program will take place at Drexel University. The program will run on Tuesday and Thursday nights 5:30-8:30 PM, starting June 13th and ending August 15th, with two mandatory Diagnostic Tests on Saturday, June 15th and Saturday, August 3 rd from 10 AM to 2 PM. In addition to learning crucial test taking strategies, Math and Verbal skills and receiving college application assistance, students will also get to attend 2 free college trips (the dates of which are still to be determined). All participating students will register for the October 2013 SAT.
The program is open to rising Seniors with priority given to students who are on free/reduced priced lunch, are first generation college bound or who would not otherwise be able to afford an SAT preparation program.
