Are you seeking a dynamic leadership role with an opportunity to create a major impact? ACHIEVEability is an established leader in the West Philadelphia community. Their Family Self Sufficiency Program is a rigorous program that provides housing and supportive services for single-parent families while parents pursue higher education so they can get jobs that will support their families.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the vision and oversight of the organization, serving as the public face while providing leadership and direction for the staff, overseeing the program operations, multiple housing initiatives and the administrative office. The complex nature of this organization requires a seasoned leader who is passionate about the program and the people it serves.
Candidates must demonstrate significant impact on an organization. A minimum of 10 years in organization management, financial oversight, advocacy, fundraising and interface with a dynamic, volunteer board is preferred.
