College Connection, Associate Director, Philadelphia Futures

The College Connection Program is a new initiative that will guide low-income, first-generation-to-college students through the college application and admission processes and actively support their continued progress through college completion. The Associate Director of College Connection will be responsible for coordinating program development and implementation. Qualifications: Have substantial experience in developing educational programs, teaching and/or training and cultivating professional relationships. The successful candidate will have experience in and a passion for working with underrepresented students and understand the unique college guidance, admissions and financial needs of low-income, first-generation-to-college students.
