JEVS Career Strategies Youth Services seeking hosts for summer interns
Posted by on April 15, 2013
JEVS Career Strategies Youth Services is a recipient of a year round contract with the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN). Part of what we do is find our students with whom we have been working over the year, a summer job. Additionally, there are funds to continue in the fall (if appropriate and needed). Our requirements are either a non-profit organization or a company of less than 50 employees. We always look for great supervisors who are willing to mentor a high school rising senior. Your impact makes a significant difference in their lives. Please note that this is for 6 weeks over the summer-20 hours per week. The students are paid minimum wage through our grant with PYN. So everyone wins. We also have been working with our students who have been hand-chosen from George Washington High School to make sure they are work-ready.
