Volunteer Opportunity, KEYSPOT computer labs
Posted by on April 09, 2013
KEYSPOT computer labs located in diverse organizations across the city are seeking volunteers to help clients learn computer skills through one-on-one and group trainings, and to provide other supports to bridge Philadelphia’s “digital divide”.
If you are an individual with interest and skills in technology, working with people and lending a hand, get in touch and we will find the right match for a volunteer opportunity in a KEYSPOT near you!
Opportunities include helping with:
- One-to-one digital literacy training
- Group digital literacy trainings
- Adult Basic Education
- Administrative duties
- Tech support
All volunteers are expected to have experience and comfort with basic computer and Internet skills, however further requirements, training and applications vary by location.
To inquire, contact Margaret Ernst at 215.683.3633 or margaret.ernst@phila.gov.
