Deloitte sets community leadership forum
The next Deloitte Community Leadership Forum will meet on the topic, Funding Allocation: A Measured Approach for Nonprofits on Thursday, February 21st from 8:30am-12:00pm at 1700 Market Street, in Philadelphia.
The audience for the forum is board members and executive leadership of nonprofits. The event is free.
The forum will feature a discussion on how nonprofits can yield the strongest return on their allocation of limited agency resources to achieve their missions. It will study a practical model to better inform, support, and monitor grant-making decisions. Forum participants will discuss ways nonprofits can learn from this approach to be more effective with internal resource allocation and to make a stronger, quantifiable case for funding. Board members and nonprofit executives will leave with strategies and key talking points to begin using immediately.
