YouthBuild seeks volunteer tutors
YouthBuild Philadelphia is a 12- to 15-month program for former out-of-school youth ages 18-21 that blends a rigorous academic curriculum with hands-on training in the construction, technology and health care fields. It offers former high school dropouts a chance to earn their diplomas along with vital job skills to become self-sufficient.
Volunteer tutors are needed in the subjects of Math, Language Arts, Social Studies and Science.
