Tracking American Poverty & Policy Data Visualization

American-Made Poverty
Demos’ latest project is a beautiful and powerful data visualization that tracks American poverty over the decades, with breakdowns by race, gender, education and more.
“Tracking American Poverty & Policy” was unveiled at our national bi-partisan conference earlier this month which we co-hosted with Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, the Georgetown Center on Poverty, Inequality and Public Policy, and The American Prospect. If you missed the webcast, don’t worry — we have video of the entire conference available here.
