This fall, Community Health Partners for Sustainability invites health center leaders, public housing organizations, and community and national decision-makers to Philadelphia, PA for our national conference, “Scalable Innovations for Health Centers and Public Housing.” The conference will highlight innovations with the promise to improve safety-net health care nationwide and will highlight leaders from across the country.
