Non Profit Management Training Program

Temple University’s Center for Social Policy and Community Development is announcing its May 2012 workshops related to the Non Profit Management Training Program.   This program was created to focus on the needs of the diverse workforce of non-profit workers in the Philadelphia region.   Non-credit bearing courses will be offered with practical applications to the work you are already doing.

We are excited to be offering an option for individuals who wish to fill in some gaps in their management skills.  Our May 2012 workshops include the following

Wednesday, May 30, 2012
1pm to 4pm

Ethical Issues in Non-Profit Organizations
Facilitated by: Dr. Cheryl Hyde, School of Social Work
Temple University

Since seating is limited, registration is on a first-come, first serve basis, and we are inviting a limited number of local non-profit leaders to attend. Because the registration is free, we simply ask for your time, effort and dedication to this new program, as well as a willingness to make Philadelphia a better place for the people we serve.  Classes will take place at Temple University’s main campus; location varies by workshop.

Stay tuned for upcoming seminars on Grant Writing, Financial Management, and Leadership Development will take place weekly, beginning June through August 2012.
