Retail space: Center for Culinary Enterprises

The Center for Culinary Enterprises will be one of the nation’s most comprehensive commercial kitchen centers. As part of this 13,000+ square-foot project at 48th and Spruce Streets, which is now under construction, we are providing three new retail spaces along 48th Street. Two of these spaces are still available for lease. We are looking for locally-owned businesses that will contribute positively to the West Philadelphia community and want to be part of this exciting project.
