Edmund A. Stanley Jr. Grant. The National Institute on Out-of-School Time on behalf of the Robert Bowne Foundation is pleased to announce the 2009 National Afterschool Matters Edmund A. Stanley, Jr. Research Grants. These grants are awarded to support either original empirical research on community-based youth programs during non-school hours, research syntheses, or policy analyses of community-based youth programs.
