Individual Donors workshop
Posted by on March 26, 2012
New Beginnings Nonprofit Incubator at Resources for Human Development is offering the following workshop to interested members of Philadelphia’s nonprofit community:
Individual Donors with Susan Schewel, Women’s Medical Fund
Tuesday, April 17, 2012, 10am to 12 noon *Networking Hour, 9:00 – 10:00 AM
We are proud to offer the workshop, Individual Donors, on researching, cultivating and keeping individual donors as part of your overall fundraising plan. A strong, healthy, vibrant nonprofit has a diverse funding stream. They get funds from corporations, foundations, city and federal agencies, and… Individual Donors.
Individual Donors are a more consistent, unrestricted source of funds and are often loyal and give yearly. They are your organization’s biggest cheerleaders. It’s like having a team of people who help you sell your organization and are as passionate about the work you do as you are.
This workshop will take place at RHD’s Central Office, 4700 Wissahickon Avenue, Ste. 126, Philadelphia, PA. Light refreshments will be provided.
Cost: $20 per person, payable to RHD at the address listed above or at the door. Space is limited, so please RSVP to charnee@rhd.org by April 10, 2012.
