All members of the PEC community contributed to the agency’s success this year – from the residents and neighbors to staff, partners, volunteers, donors, and board members.  PEC’s performance is a testament to your dedication.

The report gives insight into PEC’s programs and operations.  It highlights the progress we are making everyday to inspire the individuals that we touch to greater aspirations for their future, their family, and their neighborhoods.
