Study Shows Impact of Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Vacant Land Program
A new study by University of Pennsylvania researcher Dr. Charles Branas reveals an amazing impact of the PHS vacant land management initiative: cleaning and greening neglected urban lots reduces violent crime by as much as eight percent.
