Child Welfare Supervisor- In Home Protective Services Cognitively Impaired Specialty:
Family Support Services–an established $8.5M not-for-profit social services agency serving children and families in Philadelphia and Delaware County seeks an IHPS CI supervisor. The IHPS CI Supervisor’s primary goals and responsibilities are to supervise 3 case managers and 2 case aides in their provision of safety-driven service interventions in the In-home Protective Services CI program a minimum of three times a week via Strength-based service delivery to five families with at least one identified safety threat. This position requires a Masters degree in Social Work or a related field with 2 years supervisory experience including experience in providing in home services. Family Support Services–an established $8.5M not-for-profit social services agency serving children and families in Philadelphia and Delaware County seeks a case manager for it’s Philadelphia based prevention program, Pre ARS, a DHS Community Based Prevention Services In Home Visiting program serving families with children ages birth to 5, with additional responsibilities for truancy prevention for children in grades 1-3. Responsibilities include  case management, home visiting, resource development, parenting education.  This position requires a bachelors degree in social work or a related field with 2 years experience including experience in providing in home services.
