Environmental Action Grant for Youth

Maximum Ride, a science fiction/ fantasy series written by award-winning American author, James Patterson, is sponsoring ten $500 environmental action grants this fall. Grants will be awarded to individuals 25 or under with a great idea or existing project focused on issues affecting the environment such as recycling, energy conservation, fighting global warming or preserving the environment.
Applications are due by September 30th and winners will be announced on October 20th. For grant guidelines, go here.
