Montgomery County Community Action Development Commission (CADCOM) has partnered with United Way, Walmart Foundation, One Economy’s Beehive.org and the National Disability Institute to bring free tax preparation and filing services to consumers in their own neighborhood. Taxpayers earning less than $57,000 per year can file their state and federal taxes for free online at CADCOM’s partnership website, http://MyFreeTaxes.com/cadcom. If you would like assistance, a IRS certified volunteer tax preparer will show in-person how to fine your taxes online, step-by-step, for FREE. You may contact CADCOM at 610-277-6363 x 115 for an “on-site assistance” appointment or go online using CADCOM’s URL at your convenience.
