How-To Guide for Developing a Farm to School Program from VT FEED
Vermont FEED developed the “Farm to School Community Action Planning Guide” to provide support in the development of Farm to School programs. The guide provides templates and sample agendas for community meetings, case studies from Vermont and other Northeast states, and tips on meeting facilitation, creating a Farm to School Committee, and for developing and evaluating the farm to school committee action plan.
