Workshop deals with issues of black youth, police

The Black Male Development Symposium will sponsor a special forum entitled 10 Rules of Survival When Stopped by the Police: How Do We Talk to Black Boys About Dealing With The Police? on Saturday, March 12th from 10am to 2pm at Ritter Hall, Walk Auditorium at Temple University, 13th Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue.

BMDS has partnered with the Urban Leadership Institute of Baltimore, Philadelphia’s Institute for the Development of African-American Youth, Black Alliance for Educational Options and the Raising Him Alone Campaign for the event.
