arent Involvement Associate/Center-based Family Advocate (PIACFA) needed for Early Head Start program to provide general support, guidance and training to program participant parents. The PIACFA is also responsible for supporting male involvement initiatives and assists in recruiting and enrolling pregnant women and families with very young children into the EHS program. In addition, the PIACFA provides support to enrolled center based families for maintaining good health and promoting child development.

We seek a motivated individual who is knowledgeable about community resources in South Philadelphia, and has strong written and verbal skills. A minimum of an Associates Degree in the human services or related field or a strong background in case management, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required. The position is in South Philadelphia, PA. Individuals who are bi-lingual are encouraged to apply.
