North Carolina Campus Compact Releases New MLK Day of Service Toolkit!
Today NC Campus Compact announces the release of “Engaging College Students” which contains tips, tools and best practices for implementing the MLK Day of Service on college campuses. In 2008, NC Campus Compact was awarded a grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service, along with five other national grantees, to support the MLK Day of Service 2009‐2011. To date, NC Campus Compact grantees have engaged over 30,000 volunteers from campuses representing 28 states plus the District of Columbia.
