New Civic Health Reports for various states

OK, IL, Chicago, MD, and NY Release Civic Health Index Reports
The National Conference on Citizenship has been working in partnership with local institutions to release Civic Health Index reports in states and cities across the country. 7 were released earlier this year and new reports are now available for Oklahoma, Chicago, Illinois, Maryland, and New York. Each report includes recommendations for individuals, policymakers, educators, and community organizations about how to improve the civic health of their state.
