Mayor to unveil city’s community service plan
Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter will launch the Philadelphia Service Plan on Monday, September 27th from 10am to 11:30am at the National Constitution Center, 6th and Arch Streets in Philadelphia.
Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, September 22nd by going here.
