CYD Data and Outcomes Manager
The United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania’s mission is to improve people’s lives by mobilizing the caring power of donors, volunteers and communities. We have an excellent opportunity for a professional to join our Community Impact team. The ideal individual will be responsible for: managing the collection, analysis and reporting of CYD data related to agency funding and youth program quality improvement services; providing technical expertise related to outcomes measurement; and refining and implementing procedures related to contracts, invoices, and payment tracking in order to increase impact and efficiency of CYD’s efforts to help public and private providers improve the quality of their youth programs.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s Degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and administering databases, including building reports and adapting database as needed. Experience with group facilitation, workshop design or curriculum development and prior experience working with older youth preferred.
