Philadelphia Young Playwrights (http://www.PhillyYoungPlaywrights.org) seeks a dynamic Associate Director of Education to help conceive, administrate and execute all facets of arts education, artistic and outreach programming.

The Associate helps plan, administer and facilitate professional development activities, in-class workshops and special projects. Maintains essential communications with program teaching artists and actors and supports their classroom workshop activities as needed.

Participates in conceiving, collecting and analyzing project-specific assessment and program documentation. Assists coordination of Annual Playwriting Festival submissions and resulting series of public performances. Participates in execution of print and web-based program communications.

Ideal candidate has background in theatre, arts education and administration. Teaching artist experience preferred. Strong oral, written communication and computer skills essential.
