Norristown Youth Development Coalition (NYDC): Youth Program Administrator. The Youth Program Administrator is responsible for a variety of service and management tasks as identified daily for the operation of the NYDC and will perform duties in the office of Montgomery County OIC including administrative tasks, strategic planning, grant writing and data collection.
