Youth Media Coordinator (Part-time)
JOB SUMMARY
PhillyCAM seeks a dynamic and creative candidate to coordinate its youth media education programs and productions. The Youth Media Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Youth Media Programs and PhillyCAM’s new education space, the Tech Lounge. Responsibilities include assisting the Education & Production Director to develop and maintain the youth media training curriculum, class sequences and class materials for media production, specialized trainings and related programs.
The Youth Media Coordinator will work 20 hours a week on several weekday afternoons and on Saturday. The Youth Media Coordinator will need to have digital media production experience. They will be expected to oversee the activities in the space and coordinate access to the space by interested groups and individuals. The Coordinator will also need to have teaching experience and youth development skills. Since this is a new position and program, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary team player to help us shape and imagine this new educational space.
