Youth Conference: Volunteering and Voting

Washington, D.C., August 1-4: ?Pathways to Participation: Volunteering and Voting”. Arsalyn, a project of the Ludwick Family Foundation, will host a regional conference for roughly 110 young people ages 16 to 22 to discuss the nature of political campaigns and discover ways to channel volunteerism into political participation. Arsalyn will provide participants with room and board and travel expenses up to $200. Those interested can go to the Arsalyn website for more information. Applications are due by June 15.
