?Capturing the Energy and Expertise of Age 50+ Volunteers? will:

* Begin on March 7, 2007
* Be held at Temple University Center City, 1515 Market St., Philadelphia
* Consist of six half-day Wednesday morning sessions
* Include on-going technical assistance to help you move ideas into action
* End with a fall wrap-up session

The curriculum is based on state-of-the-art research on critical issues about engaging people age 50+ in meaningful service. Session leaders, members of the Temple University Center for Intergenerational Learning National Training Network, are highly skilled at helping you mine the talent and expertise of this expanding and evolving resource.

What?s more, you?ll participate in a learning collaborative that will allow you to interact with and gain insights from colleagues in other local organizations.

The Learning Lab will be extended an additional Wednesday session(s) in case of snow. The fall follow-up session, in which participants will share successes and challenges, will be scheduled at the group?s convenience.

For an application form, please click here. Our deadline for accepting applications is Monday, January 22, 2007. You will be notified regarding acceptance by Thursday, February 1.
