Urban Land Institute’s Latest Report
The Urban Land Institute released “Where Americans Want to Live”, a report based on a nationwide survey of several generations and revealed that there is high demand for residential development that is less dependent on cars for transportation. The majority of respondents reported a preference for living in mixed income housing with access to public transportation. The full report is available for download.
