volunteer interviewers needed, KIPP-West Philadelphia

KIPP West, a 5th-8th grade charter school in West Philadelphia, is looking for volunteers on Friday, October 12th (9:40-10:50AM) and Monday, October 15th (3:00-4:15PM) to interview students. Students have “applied” for various leadership jobs around the school and volunteers will interview them about why they want these jobs. All materials will be provided. Volunteers will complete very simple rubrics at the end of each 5 minute interview to rank each student’s leadership skills (e.g. hand shake, eye contact).
