Eastern North Philadelphia Youth Services Coalition – Youth Initiatives Manager and Board and Corporate Advisory Council Liaison.  The Eastern North Philadelphia Youth Services Coalition (ENPYSC) is a group of community-based organizations coordinating services to ensure that children and families have access to comprehensive critical resources, information and support.

The Youth Initiatives Manager will coordinate and oversee all ENPYSC youth initiatives including ENPYSC PhilaFUND; the Summer Work Ready Initiative, and the Out-of-School Youth Initiative.

The Board and Corporate Advisory Council Liaison will be responsible for relationship management and staffing of Congreso’s Board of Directors, Pan American Academy Charter School Board of Directors, Facility Holding Companies, and Corporate Advisory Council.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, marketing, public policy or related field; public speaking experience; strong oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; analytical, planning and material preparation skills; organizational and administrative skills; and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).  Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability strongly preferred.
