Urban Horticulturist
Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) seeks a creative and energetic horticulturist with a passion for plants and people in the urban arena. Will be responsible for promoting greening of the urban environment through education and stewardship activities. Responsibilities include engaging volunteers in hands-on trainings and workshops that improve landscapes in public spaces across Philadelphia’s neighborhoods. Proficient in plant knowledge for the Philadelphia area, with a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and 2+ years of relevant experience.
