United Negro College Fund Volunteer Opportunities

The Philadelphia office of United Negro College Fund (UNCF) in addition to setting an ambitious scholarship fundraising campaign is seeking to reestablish UNCF’s visibility in the Philadelphia region. As you may know in addition to serving the students who attend the 38 UNCF member institutions, the Philadelphia office also has responsibility to the many students who are Gates Millennium Scholars.(For more information on the UNCF and the Gates Millennium Scholarship program go http://www.uncf.org.)
The local office is looking for volunteers to serve on their local Outreach Committee.This committee is responsible for developing and implementing outreach activities to the Philadelphia region.If you are interested in being part of this committee in anyway (in an ongoing or project specific way) please contact me.
