Transitions conference for disabled youth set
Moving Forward: Transition Conference for Youth in Southeastern Pennsylvania will be held on Saturday, November 7th from 9am to 4pm at the Holiday Inn, 432 Pennsylvania Avenue in Fort Washington.
This is a free conference for youth and young adults with disabilities, including Social Security beneficiaries, on the tools for successful transition to employment, college, or training.
Family members, educators, employers, and others are encouraged to attend as well. Resources and experts will explain what may happen to benefits and how to take the next steps toward the future.
The conference is sponsored by the Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania.
