Training Manager, Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Villanova University

The Training Manager reports to the Associate Director of Education and Training and is primarily responsible for improving diversity awareness and intercultural competence of the Villanova community. Specifically, this position assesses and advances the developmental needs of University staff and faculty as a means of identifying appropriate training initiatives and then selects and arranges suitable training solutions. This position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance across all levels of the organization.
