Temple Writing Academy

July 9 – August 3: Temple Writing Academy, offering intensive morning and afternoon writing workshops for entering 10th, 11th, and 12th grade Philadelphia public high school students, Monday through Friday on Temple’s campus. Workshops offered include SLAM Poetry, Learning about Hip Hop, Journalism, Short Stories, and Writing for the Internet. Program fee is $25, but scholarships are available to any student who applies.
