Technical Assistance Call for Learn and Serve grants

Posted by on January 26, 2009

Learn and Serve America, a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service, provides support to schools, higher education institutions, and community-based organizations that engage students, educators, and others in service-learning. Through our higher education grant competitions, Learn and Serve America aims to expand participation in community service and service-learning programs in colleges and universities that serve as civic institutions to meet the human, educational, environmental or public safety needs of their local communities.

The 2009 Higher Education grant competition is currently open. We anticipate awarding approximately $9.27 million to selected institutions of higher education, consortia of universities or colleges, or partnerships between higher education institutions and state or non-profit entities.
