This webinar will discuss orienting and training new VISTA members and will include recommendations for delivering OSOT in-person or virtually.
Ready…set…go! Before you go full steam ahead, you need to prepare and get ready to set your members and your VISTA project up for success. The On-Site Orientation and Training (OSOT) can make or break a VISTA member’s first few weeks of service or their entire year. Learn how you can carefully and creatively put more thought into your OSOT and share your experience and ideas. We will focus on how to truly make a lasting positive impact on the member’s satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
