Conference registration

On your registration form, you will be asked to identify which breakout sessions you will likely attend. Please understand that this does not mean you will be required to attend those sessions. Rather, we are trying to get a handle on number of attendees per session to determine rooms/space at our venue.

Attached, please find a draft agenda which includes session descriptions. For reference, these materials will live on the conference website at: http://www.suny.edu/applied-learning/conference/

We are proudly hosting our 2018 Applied Learning Conference at the Double Tree by Hilton Tarrytown in Tarrytown, NY. The conference will be held on November 1st and 2nd.

Registration Fees and Deadlines

It is $50 for SUNY registrants and $75 for non-SUNY registrants. Attendees are able to use credit card, journal transfer, or Center for Professional Development (CPD) points to purchase their registration. The last day to cancel with a full refund is October 15th. The final day to register for the conference is October 24th.

Presenter registration

All presenters, please make sure to officially register. This will help us to get an accurate headcount for this conference. Given the space and cost of our conference, we will need to cap registration at 250 registrants. We are capping registration at 50 students this year, and are so fortunate to have a lot of student participation through sessions and posters. Please make sure to secure your spot at this year’s conference as soon as possible!
