The Norris Square Civic Association’s Children’s Center is currently seeking Substitute Teachers. The Substitute Teachers at the center work with children between the ages of 1 to 5 years old. Please pay close to attention to the qualifications, if you do not have all of the following qualifications you application will not be considered.
Qualifications:
Education:
1. CDA (Child Development Associates)
Experience:
1. Must be able to read, write and speak both the English & Spanish language. (The children’s center offers a dual language curriculum.)
2. At least 260 hours working with 1 – 5 year olds.
Other:
1. Must be able to pass Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI Clearances check.
2. Must be able to pass Health Assessment.
