The concept paper must be electronically submitted in the PCCD Egrants System.
Announcement Date: November 21, 2008
Deadline for concept paper submission: January 5, 2009
This is a competitive solicitation. Later submissions and materials not received in Egrants will not be considered.
Agencies eligible for participation:
Category 3 funds are available to nonprofit organizations and, in the case of victim impact panels, the applicant may be an entity other than a nonprofit organization but not operating a panel for profit.
