For those in the Philadelphia area and/or attending the National Conference on Volunteering and Service?
Please join us for a day long pre-conference training that will bring together practitioners, researchers, and community members to discuss strategies and techniques for strengthening service-learning in K-12 and Higher Education. You do not need to be registered for the entire conference to participate in this exciting and interactive institute.

Strengthening Service-Learning: Collaboration Strategies for K-12 and Higher Education
During this institute, participants will hear from practitioners about best practices, learn about current research on service-learning and student volunteering trends, and explore different collaboration models. Strategies for outreach, program development, and accessing resources will also be discussed. Participants will develop action plans that they can implement in their communities.
