New Beginnings Nonprofit Incubator at Resources for Human Development is offering the following workshop to interested members of Philadelphia’s nonprofit community:

Strategy for Success: The Strategic Plan with Harvey Hoffman, PhD, and George Koncikowski, SMP, CSSBB

Monday, February 27, 2012, 2-4pm

Dr. Harvey Hoffman founded and served as President of Healthcare America, Inc., a behavioral health management and consultation company.  Under his leadership the company grew to serve clients in 22 states.   A major product provided to clients was the development and implementation of strategic plans. Dr. Hoffman earned his Ph.D. in 1968 and remains active in the health care field.  He has worked with Volunteer Executive Consultants, a program of RSVP of Montgomery Co., for the past 5 years and currently serves as a co-chairman of Volunteer Executive Consultant (VEC).

Mr. Koncikowski is the Managing Partner of The New Phoenix Group LLC, a consulting practice offering strategic planning and business transformation services.  He has worked in corporate strategy and strategic marketing for over 20 years.  Mr. Koncikowski is a Strategic Management Professional (SMP) certified by the Association for Strategic Planning and a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certified by the American Society for Quality.  He has a MBA as well as a MS in psychology. George has recently joined the Volunteer Executive Consultants, a program of the RSVP of Montgomery County.

This workshop will take place at RHD’s Central Office, 4700 Wissahickon Avenue, Ste. 126, Philadelphia, PA. Light refreshments will be provided.
