Spark the Wave Week program for youth

So you are ready to apply to WAVE WEEK? EXCELLENT!!! The links below will provide you with all you need to complete the application. Simply download the Participant Application, fill in the blanks and mail it back to us at the address found on the application sheet. Here are some critical numbers you will probably want to know.
Deadlines
Early Registration: April 30th, 2005 Late Registration: June 10th, 2005
Cost
$299.00 if the application is post-marked by April 30th, 2005. $325.00 if post-marked after April 30th and before June 10th, 2005.
(There will be a $50.00 non-refundable, processing fee if the applicant withdraws within 2 weeks of the first day of WAVE WEEK. Sorry, but we have been left holding the bag a few times.)
Please NOTE: SPARK THE WAVE has a few full and partial scholarships available to defray the costs for individuals who would not otherwise be able to attend. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please go to the “Need Some Help” link. There you will find the Scholarship Application and the Participant Fundraising Guide. (DO NOT send a check if you are applying for a scholarship.)
