Social Media Manager, Einstein Healthcare Network

Einstein Healthcare Network is a private, not for profit organization with several major facilities and many outpatient centers. Our primary mission is to provide compassionate, high quality healthcare to the greater Philadelphia region. Einstein Healthcare Network promotes wellness.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • The daily management of Einstein’s corporate social media accounts: Einstein Healthcare Network and MossRehab. The current list of platforms includes: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yelp and Reputation.com
  • Focusing on the execution of a social strategy across all properties
  • At the center of this paid and organic strategy is audience engagement, patient acquisition, brand messaging and public customer resolution
  • Focusing on creating original content and social copy, building a true community within our social media platforms, engaging with patients and employees alike
  • By managing posts and responding to followers, maintaining our organization’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals
  • Monitoring the reviews posted online about Einstein doctors and services, to ensure we can respond and/or take action when required
  • Daily alerts are sent, via email from the Reputation.com platform, requiring immediate attention, and depending on the review, potential follow-up or action
  • Working closely with our Information Security team to ensure all confidentiality and HIPPA related issues are handled appropriately
  • A close relationship with our Public Relations team will be required ensuring all content programming is handled correctly as it relates to corporate communications and media relations

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g. B.A., B.S.) required
  • 3-5 years of social media marketing experience in a professional business setting required
  • Experience in copywriting as it applies specifically to social media required
  • Knowledge of profile management and advertiser accounts within Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp, Pinterest and Reputation.com required
  • Knowledge of online reputation management monitoring platforms, preferably Reputation.com required
  • Must have some flexibility to monitor and respond on social channels outside of normal business hours
  • Must have some flexibility to use personal mobile devices to monitor and respond on social channels
